AES-FLEXALINE WORKSTATIONS
AES-Flexaline has a welded steel frame with ergonomic C-legs, is height adjustable and is protected with a strong epoxy coating, standard in RAL 9002.
The 25mm thick worktop is available in melamine, HPL or in a volume conductive ESD-safe version. AES-Flexaline tables are available in the following standard
widths: 600, 900, 1200, 1500, 1800 and 2000 mm. The depth of the worktop is standard 900 mm, but other depths are possible as well.
In addition, AES-Flexaline offers a choice of two stepwise mechanical worktop height adjustment ranges, namely 72 - 92 cm or 76 - 106 cm (with the exception of the 600 mm wide table).
The tables of the series 1200 mm to 2000 mm can be equipped with a instrument shelf and / or a so-called âLight & Tool carrierâ construction.
The instrument shelf has 3 variants, namely 45 or 67 cm fixed shelf height or adjustable in steps (39.5 - 67 cm) and tiltable.
The tables can easily be linked together to create a continuous worktop. In addition, there are many possible corner arrangements in which tables of different dimensions and configurations can be combined and linked.
The AES-Flexaline range also includes a trolley table (600 x 900 mm), but if required also normal workbenches can be made mobile.
Each AES-Flexaline table with instrument shelf has 6 positions for mounting electrical power boxes. All the necessary cables can be stowed away in the spacious cable ducts of the steel frames.
The load capacity of AES-Flexaline tables exceeds 300 kg without problems, which is enough for virtually all practical situations. Therefore the AES-Flexaline tables comfortably meet the DIN 13150 safety standard.
The adjustable working height, maximum amount of legroom, LED lighting and good reach distance to e.g. part trays or equipment provide an ergonomic workplace that is orderly and safe.
Mechanical Height Adjustment
No two people are alike, which is why every AES-Flexaline table has an individual worktop height adjustment.
Two height adjustment ranges are available, namely a range of 72 - 92 cm and a range of 76 - 106 cm, in steps of 2 cm.
During assembly of the table, it is easy to select the required (EU-OSHA) working height. The height setting can always be changed later if desired.
Electrical Height Adjustment
Steplessly any desired worktop height at any time, ideal for flex workplaces or e.g. if you have to do alternating standing and sitting work.
The electric height adjustment consists of 2 powerful lift motors with a lifting capacity of 3200N. Also here there are two height adjustment ranges available,
namely a range of 72 - 102 cm and a range of 76 - 116 cm, determined by the combination of table frame with matching lift motors.
The lifting speed under normal load is 43mm / sec. You can choose from various panels for operation; from a simple panel with high / low buttons to intelligent panels with display,
memory, blue-tooth and even advisory "sitstand software". Operation via blue tooth and PC or Smartphone is also possible. The electric height adjustment is also easy to install afterwards.
